"That's the pride of a teacher: that he has the privilege to serve another student, because somebody served him." Yogi Bahjan

It was not until the mid 1900's that the science and practice of yoga was taught in group settings. Traditionally a person would seek out a yogi for individualized advice on their practice. Group practice has wonderful benefits, but individual instruction can be a beneficial foundation for people who are new to yoga or it can be a catalyst to transformation in your existing practice.

  • 75 minute private session $75

  • 3 pack series of 75 minute sessions for $195

It is recommended that a series of three classes be purchased so that you have a better chance to make long lasting changes to your body and mind. The benefits of the practice start to reveal themselves when we take the time to find the mat on a regular basis. This is especially true if you are brand new to yoga. The experience is different than any other form of exercise and it takes time to ease into this treatment modality. Classes can be based on therapeutics for injury recovery, introduction to yoga, or to increase the depth of your existing practice. Your teacher will do their best to cater to your individual needs as a student.

"Yoga is not a work-out, it is a work-in. And this is the point of spiritual practice; to make us teachable; to open up our hearts and focus our awareness so that we can know what we already know and be who we already are.” — Rolf Gates
